MISIONES.UNO \u2013 En Ober\u00e1, un menor de 14 a\u00f1os fue sorprendido por efectivos del Comando Sur cuando circulaba en motocicleta llevando en brazos a su hermano de seis meses, ambos sin casco protector.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n

El procedimiento policial se desarroll\u00f3 ayer por la tarde en la intersecci\u00f3n de las calles Finlandia y Viena, donde una patrulla detect\u00f3 la peligrosa situaci\u00f3n. El adolescente conduc\u00eda la motocicleta con una mano mientras sosten\u00eda al beb\u00e9 con la otra. Al advertir la presencia de los agentes, huy\u00f3 del lugar abandonando el rodado.<\/p>\n

Minutos despu\u00e9s, una mujer se present\u00f3 en el sitio y manifest\u00f3 ser la propietaria de la moto Gilera de 110 cc. y madre del joven conductor. Seg\u00fan explic\u00f3, el menor hab\u00eda tomado el veh\u00edculo sin autorizaci\u00f3n para pasear con su hermano.<\/p>\n

Al constatar que la motocicleta carec\u00eda de la documentaci\u00f3n correspondiente, adem\u00e1s de presentar irregularidades como el ca\u00f1o de escape modificado y la ausencia de espejo retrovisor, la polic\u00eda labr\u00f3 un Acta de Infracci\u00f3n y procedi\u00f3 a la retenci\u00f3n del rodado, que qued\u00f3 a disposici\u00f3n de la autoridad competente.<\/p>\n

La mujer, visiblemente molesta por la medida, se neg\u00f3 a colaborar con el procedimiento y se retir\u00f3 del lugar insultando al personal policial.<\/p>\n
